The Sovereign Yidindji Government under the authority of the Yidindji Tribal Council of Elders make known to the whole world that the Mayarra Nyalalji (Yidindji Police Force) as the primary law enforcement agency of Yidindji, have now been given the force of law to uphold the laws so as to maintain peace and order within Yidindji Territory.

The Yidindji Tribal People now make known to the world that:

  1. The Sovereign Yidindji Government Emblem is used to identify Sovereign Yidindji Government Authority.
  2. The Sovereign Yidindji Government Emblem is used to identify Sovereign Yidindji Government Property.
  3. The role of the Mayarra Nyalalji is to preserve peace and good order in all areas of Yidindji.
  4. The role of the Mayarra Nyalalji is to uphold the law in all areas of Yidindji.
  5. The role of the Mayarra Nyalalji is to prevent and detect crime in all areas of Yidindji.
  6. The role of the Mayarra Nyalalji is to bring offenders to justice in all areas of Yidindji.
  7. The role of the Mayarra Nyalalji is to administer the law fairly and efficiently in all areas of Yidindji.
  8. The role of the Mayarra Nyalalji is to protect and support the Yidindji society and community in all areas of Yidindji.

Unlawful use, possession and or desecration of the Sovereign Yidindji Government Emblem or any part of the Sovereign Yidindji Government Emblem is prohibited and constitutes an offence pursuant to Sovereign Yidindji Government Mayaar.

Use means but is not limited to adverse use; the use without license or permission.

Possession means but is not limited to receiving or obtaining possession of the thing, having control over the disposition of the Sovereign Yidindji Government Emblem (whether or not the Sovereign Yidindji Government Emblem is in the custody of the person), and or having joint possession of the Sovereign Yidindji Government Emblem.

Desecration means but is not limited to where a reasonable person would infer that the destruction or mutilation is intended publicly to express contempt or disrespect for the Sovereign Yidindji Government Emblem, the Sovereign Yidindji Government, Yidindji Citizens, the Yidindji Tribal People, and or the Yidindji Tribe.

Part means but is not limited to any component of the Sovereign Yidindji Government Emblem; these are individual components, Cosmological Stars, Yidindji Tribal Lore Shield, Yidindji Lore Man Head dress, Yidindji Tribal Sword, Yidindji Tribal Spears, Yidindji Rainbow Serpent, Yidindji Cassowary, Wait-a-While wreath and or any combination of the aforementioned components.

Any man, woman, child, and or person in use of, and or possession of, and or desecrating Sovereign Yidindji Government Emblem and or components of the Sovereign Yidindji Government Emblem, gives mutual assent, and or voluntarily consents to Yidindji Mayaar, and to be tried within the jurisdiction of Sovereign Yidindji Government Courts and or Tribunals pursuant to Sovereign Yidindji Government Mayaar.
