Euahlayi Rates dispute subpoena is 'oppressive' for the Crown: NSW Supreme Court

In the "rates dispute" between the Brewarrina Shire Council and the Euahlayi Nation, the NSW Supreme Court has dismissed a subpoena claiming the Euahlayi are "oppressing" the State and the matter has been put over until 20 June 2014.

Ghillar Michael Anderson, Head of State of Euahlayi Peoples Republic and Convenor of the Sovereign Union, said that this confirms that the nature of Australian society and its laws are a fraud and that they operate a nation state on lands seized by murder and not by consent." Possibly the largest collection of First Nations Artifacts was destroyed in 1882 fire

An ethnographic exhibition of First Nations artifacts and items that had been stolen, traded or collected as trophies by the colonisers during the first 100 hundred years of the slaughter and displacements were displayed in a seven-month-long exhibition, which received over one million visitors.

Reports of deceased names used and Aboriginal people have been turned away from polling places in various places because their names are no longer on the membership roll despite having voted in the 2011 NSW Aboriginal Land Council election. Potential voters were turned away. We need to establish a register of how many people were actually turned away on the voting day and other irregularities.
