Yesterday was an extremely historic occasion with the signing of the Treaty of Union between Sovereign First Nations of the Murray-Darling Basin. The moment, however, was marred by misinformation and a lack of an wholisic understanding of the Multilateral Treaty, which is only between Northern Basin Aboriginal Nations. In no way does this clause 'apply their Corporate laws over the Sovereign Jurisdiction of the Nations hence an IMPACT On SOVEREIGNTY!' as claimed on a Facebook page. The reverse is true.

The new Biodiversity law is tantamount to a declaration of War against First Nations Peoples. These changes will seriously impact on our Laws, culture, religion and spirituality in the State of New South Wales. The new law is deregulation in its worst form, farmers can now basically do on "their" land what they want, clearing, destroying ecosystem and shoot whatever moves. Our sites, be it archaeological campsites, burial grounds or even sacred places have lost the little bit of protection they had, no we will not even be notified, if there is no Native Title claim over the area.

Ghillar, Michael Anderson released a lengthy brief on 31 March 2016 to the UN Secretary-General, Ban Ki-moon providing evidence that Australia is unworthy of a seat on such an important international commission. The letter sent is attached.

Ghillar Michael Anderson shares the Stories of the universe that can be told publicly. He has been doing this though oral presentations and now for a broader audience in the recently premiered film 'Star Stories of The Dreaming'. In these Star Stories he has revealed ancient Stories of the stars, the Blackholes and the creation of the natural world that we all now belong to. Very recently Western scientific research has now confirmed these very ancient Stories about the Aboriginal world of Creation. The ancient Stories go much deeper than what science has delivered so far.

Organisers of the undeclared Frontier War's parade today, during the Canberra ANZAC day parade condemned the actions of the AFP for refusing to allow 200 Aboriginals and their supporters to peacefully march up ANZAC Avenue to lay a Wreath to Commemorate all those who died in wars, including those who died in the 18th, 19th, and twentieth century Frontier Wars defending their country. Ghillar Anderson said the AFP demonstrated appalling behaviour at the Frontier Wars commemoration March and that he would now seek advice in respect to whether what had happened constituted an act of racism.

Seventeen Nations were represented at the inaugural Gathering of Nations, held in the House of Representatives in Old Parliament House and at the Aboriginal Embassy, Canberra. Three of these Nations have already declared their continuing independence and pre-existing Statehood. They are the Murrawarri Republic; the Euahlayi Peoples Republic and the Republic of Mbarbaram, Atherton Tablelands, Far North Queensland.

Pangarte Rosalie Kunoth-Monks of the Alyewarre Nation and Ghillar Michael Anderson, Head of State of the Euahlayi Nation, were chosen unanimously as joint head spokespersons for the Sovereign Union on behalf of the Nations present.

At the Provisional Executive Council of State meeting of the Euahlayi Peoples Republic various Ministerial Portfolios were allocated.

The Rates Case in the NSW Magistrates Court in Sydney between Brewarrina shire and Michael Anderson is challenging the question of sovereignty.

Before the question of rates payable can be dealt with, the legal argument is clearly a question of jurisdiction. Also, shire councils are being paid by the Commonwealth, which is believed to be double dipping, bordering on fraud

On 3 August 2013 in Dirranbandi, Queensland, a meeting of key Euahlayi family members and Elders concluded that a letter be forwarded to Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II, informing her that the People of the Euahlayi have asserted their pre-existing and continuing Statehood.

This decision follows on from previous correspondence with Buckingham Palace in 2010.

The Office of the Official Secretary to the Governor-General answered that they were unable to supply any of the requested documents.

Both the Euahlayi and the Murrawarri Nations have joined in a combined effort to fight against paying rates on their ancient homelands.

This is an issue that has arisen as a consequence of the Brewarrina Shire Council seeking payment of rates for services on their ancient homelands.

The matter is beyond the scope and jurisdiction of the State courts so the Federal Attorney-General will now consult with the State and Territory Attorneys-General.
