Due to the high level of interest in the Gathering of Nations we have decided to begin at 10am Friday 23 November 2018 so that our people have more opportunity to share their messages. Media will be advised of a time they can attend and on Monday 26 November we will hold a press conference with an update on the outcomes. Details will be circulated closer to the time.

On this anniversary of 9/11 it is a good opportunity to compare spin and denial. The events of 9/11 are still being analysed, but Dr Judy Woods’ collection of photographs reveal far more than the impact of two planes flying into the Twin Towers.

Australia will never accede to any demands for a truth-telling commission relating to its historical processes of colonisation, because of the consequences that will have to be faced by England and Australia alike for their wrongdoings.

The Governments have been very clever in the last thirty years to use the disunity within our communities to withdraw funding and shut down burgeoning successful community organisations. The Governments achieved the total destruction of these organizations by the First Nations lackeys, of whom there are plenty, to shut down our hard fought for successes and now these communities have nothing. The regurgitated Constitutional Inclusion/Recognition and the Yulara Statement have been rejected by the grassroots across Australia. It's still being pushed by blacks living off blood money

Australian governments want courts, constituted overwhelmingly by non-indigenous lawyers, to decide land disputes as for feudal socage.

This article puts up an argument that Australian indigenous land title is communal allodial title, as a bundle of subsisting rights by operation of Australian Continental Common Law, which therefore cannot be extinguished by the fraud inherent in frame transformation.

Australia's legitimacy as a sovereign state cannot and will not be achieved while our First Nations Peoples continue to challenge its sovereignty. The ongoing deceit and treachery that is occurring in our First Nations' struggle is fuelled by the intent of the occupying colonising power to gain legitimacy by stealth. Land Councils are challenging our people asserting their sovereign position, by telling them their sovereignty status is a 'load of rubbish', and governments are propagating coercive lies to our people about the beneficial outcomes of constitutional recognition and/or Treaty(s).

'Australia is not a nation formed under the customary international law. The Aboriginal Nations, however, were formed properly under that ancient system. Australia is an administratively formed country by the United Nations, designed to give Britain more votes in the General Assembly. In the light of Australia’s non-conformance with UN Human Rights Treaties and Conventions, it is reasonable to hold that this administrative creation of the Nation of Australia is a failure, and Australia is a true failed state'.

Understanding the difference between sovereign treaties under international law, which affirm sovereignty of First Nations, and domestic treaties within the colonial system, which automatically mean First Nations cede sovereignty.

So long as a Rhodes Scholar is running this country the vested interests of the British Crown are paramount and remain in line with mining magnate Cecil Rhodes' legacy of educating scholars to run and exploit a country for Britain's benefit. PM Malcolm Turnbull, a Rhodes Scholar with a Bachelor of Civil Law from Brasenose College, Oxford is the latest agent of the coloniser to ensure First Nations' inherent sovereign rights to lands, waters and natural resources are quashed. This is consistent with Turnbull's continuing fiasco of the Closing the Gap agenda, which has clearly failed.

The three-day Treaty Talks Workshop on 23-25 January 2018 are welcome but, and there is a but, it has to be understood that a single Treaty, be it State or Federal, will cause more damage to our various Sovereign Nations than the Native Title Act as amended.
I offer this warning to our people that, if each respective Sovereign Nation fails to stand up for itself and take ownership of their own future, your People will stand to lose much through the process and ambition to negotiate a single Treaty.

Unlike most other Nations around the world there is no day when Australia can identify it was given its independent status free of the sovereignty of the British Crown with a new constitution. There has been no day when Australia decolonised so that there is no longer a constitutional obligation for the British Crown (that is the Queen and/or her agents, the Governor-General and Governors) to place their signatures on legislations passed by the parliaments and thereby assent and make them legal. The Governor-General is still Commander-in-chief of the army, navy and air force.
