Many of our People are now engaging in and considering Treaties with Australian State and Territory governments. Initial stages for a Treaty with the Commonwealth government and the National Aboriginal Conference was agreed to by the Fraser Liberal Coalition government in 1979, after Kevin Gilbert and others set up the National Aboriginal Government on Capital Hill, Canberra (before the new Parliament House was constructed), and called for a Sovereign Treaty and Bill of Rights.

One of the slogan chants of the Invasion/Sovereignty Day March in Sydney was "No accident, it was murder!", referring to the continuing and spiralling number of deaths in custody. International lawyers are now referring to First Nations Peoples’ Deaths in Custody as being attributed to State-sanctioned death squads. ... The question of our continuing sovereignty governed by our ancient Law and customs is traced by our Songlines, dances and songs across this continent. ...... the Mabo judges committed treason and demonstrated their refusal to make an unbiased decision.

The Governments have been very clever in the last thirty years to use the disunity within our communities to withdraw funding and shut down burgeoning successful community organisations. The Governments achieved the total destruction of these organizations by the First Nations lackeys, of whom there are plenty, to shut down our hard fought for successes and now these communities have nothing. The regurgitated Constitutional Inclusion/Recognition and the Yulara Statement have been rejected by the grassroots across Australia. It's still being pushed by blacks living off blood money

In the light of Australia’s non-conformance with UN Human Rights Treaties and Conventions, it is reasonable to hold that this administrative creation of the Nation of Australia is a failure, and Australia is a true failed state'.

Understanding the difference between sovereign treaties under international law, which affirm sovereignty of First Nations, and domestic treaties within the colonial system, which automatically mean First Nations cede sovereignty.

Murdoch Media are targeting Aboriginal woman Tarneen Onus Williams in a modern day 'Nigger Hunt' because the Melbourne Rally she was involved in, and all of the other Rallies, are becoming a major threat to the continuation of the neo-colonial celebration on 26th January.

The targeting of Tarneen is a example of what John Pilger was talking about in this 2011 article - about how this mega media outlet has been targeting Aboriginal people.

First Nations Peoples say NO CONSENT to constitutional 'Recognition'. - Four days of actions and pathways forward. - This is a National Call to Action for all Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people to oppose the Australian government's agenda of Genocide.

On his return from Uluru, Ghillar, Michael Anderson details the rigged processes of the Referendum Council's National Convention and the subsequent media: 'I was absolutely shocked and horrified at the disjointed discussion that occurred on ABC TV Q&A last night ( 29 May 2017). In my opinion the conclusions that occurred at the Referendum Council's National Convention at Yulara, Ayers Rock Resort, were totally betrayed by the Q&A panel. Having been permitted to sit as an observer in the main National Convention at Yulara near Uluru, I was privy to observe the proceedings and I sat through the 'Synthesis' of the Regional Dialogues and what they called the breakout workshops as well, where the key topics were 'The Voice', 'Treaty', 'Strategy'.

The message from the grassroots is clear. We are the Sovereign Owners of Our Nations.

Our Law is the Law of the land. We oppose the lies and the hypocrisy of the Australian government's Referendum Council and their highly paid sellouts.

We are the true Sovereign owners of our land. NO CONSENT to theft, lies and government and corporate propaganda.

Here is the Statement made by the delegates at the Referendum Council meeting in Uluru on Friday 26 May, 2017. some delegates walked out of the meeting on day 2 of procedures due to frustrations regarding the way the processes were conducted and they were not allowed back in later.
